What is your check in/out times?

Check in is between 3:00pm - 7:00pm. Later arrivals are fine, but please let us know if you will be later than 7:00pm so that we may plan accordingly. Check out is 11:00am. Sorry - we are unable to accommodate early arrivals or early check-in’s.

Do you allow pets?

Miss Pearl lives here too, a shy yet slightly wild and vivacious pup - of mixed origins. (Merle Weinerdog, Beagle and perhaps a bit of lab. Oh - and something with beautiful amber eyes). Apologies, Pearl prefers to be the only 4-legged guest in residence.

Where do I park?

5 W Broadway, right here at the B&B. Guest parking begin at 3:00. Parking for oversized vehicles is limited, so maybe bring the convertible instead of the extended cab pickup?

Do you allow children?

Sorry... The Inn is for guests 18 and over please...

Do you accommodate special diets?

Absolutely! We will work with your dietary proclivities, we request you inform us of your needs at the time you book, to insure the best possible experience for you...

Does each bedroom have a private bathroom?

They certainly do! … and all newly restored or renovated; tile, glass and marble. Ellen’s, The Blue and The Garret rooms all have a walk-in shower. Doc’s Suite is the restored original Master Bathroom of the house, and has a wonderful tub, and a walk-in shower. The Turret Suite has a vary large walk—in shower for two with twin ‘rain shower’ showers, and also a heated marble floor!

What is your minimum stay?

Two night minimum for most weekends and holidays, no minimum other days. BUT: it never hurts to check with us, in case a single night is available on a weekend.

What is your cancellation policy?

We are a small Inn, so your booking is very important to us! Please cancel 10 days prior to your booking to avoid a charge of: - 100% of 1 night stay. - 50% of your total stay for 2 or more nights. "No-Show's” will be charged 100% of the booked stay. NOTE: Under Covid-19, should your state or ours issue restrictions affecting your stay within our 10-day period, no charges will apply.


Breakfast is special at The Dolon House… a five-star, three course affair utilizing our fabulous local products as often as possible. - Breakfast is served at 9:00AM. Please plan your activities knowing you’ll likely be at the table till 10 or so… we don’t want you to miss out! - Should you need an early departure, or otherwise be unable to join us for breakfast, we gladly provide a ‘Box Breakfast’- but require 24 hours notice please.
